Home Business and Leveraging
Feeder programs such as a business I am involved with
use a principal called leveraging and this aids a
member to enter a business with profitable payplan
but an expensive monthly subscription or "autoship"
which is a montly shipment of proucts for a set amount
of money every month. For example to enter a stable nutrional program
that has been around for years the autoship per
month can range from $25 to $100 a month. Depending
on the level of your autoship, is what determines
the percentage of what you recieve in commissions
from purchases of your members/customers. Say this particular nutrional company requires
$95.00 autoship a month in order for you to get
20% of member/customer purchases. This is quite
expensive ruling in that it is going to take some
time to enroll members under you in this company. The feeder company in this case costs $15.00 a month
and they recruit members and place them into a
mini-matrix to acculmulate enough commission to
leverage you into the nutrional company and
purchase the monthly products for you. Another
positive side of this is that the members that
are in your feeder program matrix eventually
follow you into the nutrional company. In conclusion for $15.00 a month the feeder
program supplies members and funds to "leverage"
you into an expensive program that will provide
you with a substantial income in the months
